Which questions you should note before a company outing

When organizing staff events, company or office outings, there are a few things to consider. First of all, it is important to define the purpose of the event. What are the aims and goals of the outing? Would you like to motivate employees, create a team building experience or is the focus on operational output? You can now build all the other components of your event on it, such as the selection of participants, the location of the company outing, the activities, the catering during the company outing, the travel options to and from the event location and ultimately also the budget planning. The expert Gurgl Carat team will be happy to help you organize and plan your company outing. As experienced event professionals, they know the requirements for successful company outings and are always available to provide advice and support.
