The main seasons for team building activities are summer and winter. Especially in summer, there are a variety of activities that are ideal for strengthening the community. But even in winter, with warm clothing, nothing stands in the way of successful team building in a beautiful Alpine setting. If your event is taking place in the classic off-season (May/June and October/November), we are sure to find a suitable team-building activity that is adapted to the current weather conditions.

Are there any special physical or age-related requirements for certain activities?
The team-building activities at Gurgl Carat usually involve light physical activity and generally take place outdoors. In this respect, a certain physical constitution is a prerequisite for participation. However, there is no age limit, as long as you are in good physical condition. There are also some programs that do not involve physical activity. Examples include wine tasting, a tour of a brewery, a visit to a motorbike museum or a Kaiserschmarrn cooking course. We will be happy to advise you personally on which team building is best suited to your team. If required, the team building activities can also be adapted so that no employees are excluded.

The Gurgl Carat is located in the centre of the Ötztal village of Obergurgl, making it the ideal starting point for any team building or side activity program. The activities are often just a short walk away. We are also happy to organise a shuttle. Obergurgl is characterised by its high hotel quality. There are 20 4* hotels alone within a 10-minute walk of the Gurgl Carat. However, cheaper bed and breakfasts or flats without catering are also within walking distance. As every teambuilding programme is planned according to your requirements, snacks or meals can also be planned before, during or after the activities.
