A side program or incentive takes place alongside the main program of an event, congress or conference. While the main program focuses primarily on information, the side program serves as a break in-between the meetings. Especially at corporate events or company outings, it is usually the side programs that are remembered and promise special group experiences. An overview of many fabulous side programs for conferences and company events in Tirol can be found here.

The purpose of a side program varies from event to event. First and foremost, side programs loosen up the rest of the conference program and offer the participants the chance to take a deep breath and reorganize the new content. Additionally, incentives are also very popular and promise memories that will stay for a long time. They can also be an incentive that encourages particularly good performance. Another positive side effect: the participants get to know each other better, especially in sporting side programs. Networking and team building also play an important role here.
